Due to the cancelation of the Youth Leadership Congress due to the Covid-19 pandemic, WECA is offering a unique scholarship opportunity. The scholarship that is generally exclusive to those that attend YLC is being extended to any high school or college freshman students whose primary residence is located in Wisconsin that receives electric service from an electric cooperative.
